You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
To start a return, email us at carbones1933@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. If you would like to exchange, please email us before sending anything back, and we’ll check whether your size is available (this is a limited run so we are unable to guarantee availability). If it isn’t, we’ll process a refund instead.
Return shipping: Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a tracked shipping service, since we can only issue a refund once the return has been delivered. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive your return.
